Map competitor positioning across price, audience, and promise
Venture thinking, built for real people
Where Branivo started and what drives it
Branivo was founded in 2015 with a specific frustration in mind: most venture education was either too theoretical to apply or too shallow to trust. The gap between classroom models and actual startup decisions was wide, and few platforms were addressing it directly.
We focus on venture building as a discipline — not as inspiration, but as a set of learnable, testable skills. That includes how to analyze competitors and find their weak spots, how to read market signals before they become obvious, and how to structure decisions under uncertainty.
Our platform uses interactive quizzes, scenario-based assignments, and structured feedback to make these skills concrete. Progress is measurable, not assumed.
Competitor analysis as a learnable skill
One of the most practical skills in venture building is knowing how to analyze competitors and find their weak spots — not by guessing, but through structured observation. Branivo breaks this into repeatable steps that participants practice through real-case scenarios.
We treat market positioning, pricing gaps, and customer dissatisfaction as data sources. Each course module presents a specific analytical lens, followed by a quiz that tests whether the participant can apply it, not just recall it.
Identify gaps between what competitors claim and what customers report
Score weaknesses by exploitability and your own resource constraints
Translate findings into a positioning decision with testable assumptions
