No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
If the platform allows you to submit content such as answers, comments, or feedback, you retain ownership of that content but grant Branivo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process it for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have the rights to submit any content you provide.
6. Quiz and Assessment Features
Branivo provides interactive quizzes, test assignments, and gamified learning tools as part of its educational offering. Results, scores, and feedback generated through these features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal certification, academic accreditation, or professional qualification unless explicitly stated. Branivo does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any quiz or learning activity.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Paid Features
Certain features or content on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Branivo to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within the applicable refund window.
7.3 Subscription Cancellation
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

Branivo does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. The Branivo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Branivo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Branivo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Branivo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity. Branivo's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Branivo in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Branivo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
13. Suspension and Termination
Branivo may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Branivo regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Branivo's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
